Falling.

The cold is finally getting here together with the high and strong winds of November.

Although i find this very fascinating, i can´t wait to see my dears in my hometown again.

But at the same time i am so nervous. I don´t know what i can expect, because it´s the first time i´ve been so long away from home. I wish i could have more time there to divide myself to everybody, but i am afraid it´s not gonna be possible.

The one that i really want to be with is my beloved 14-year-old cat, who is actually very sick...this makes me very sad, because she´s like my own skin, a part of me.

Until there, in fifteen days, i will try to enjoy my friends here as much as i can, because i´m coming back only in January and stay here for another long time.

Here comes the fall.

These pics were taken at Rotunda da Boavista, Porto, last year.

Summer is finally saying good-bye: here comes the Fall.

It is time to get in my warm pijamas, have hot chocolate in the evenings and sleep until late during the weekends.

From all the seasons i´ve seen, Fall is defenitively the most amazing one. You can notice already the leaves going yellow, orange and red on the trees, the ground full of dry leaves, the temperature going down (13 degrees this morning!), the nights getting longer and longer (sunrisings only at 7 am) and, very soon, lots of rain!

Fall is the time in Europe to restart another cicle; people are getting back to their homes from vacation and school starts again. This is the time also to start my research for the masters...so nervous and at the same time, happy, once i´ll have the chance to study my favorite writer: Katherine Mansfield.

This year is also different, because a great friend of mine is living here for six months! :)
